Feedback privacy notice
The feedback form helps the site's administrator understand whether this student hub is useful, clear, and easy to navigate. This notice explains how feedback submitted through the site is intended to be handled.
What the form collects

Information requested
The form asks for year of study, status in Canada, and written feedback. Name, University CCID, department or faculty, and country of origin are optional.

Purpose
Responses are used to improve navigation, wording, content structure, and usability. Optional CCID information is used only to understand whether feedback is from a UAlberta community member.

Do not submit urgent details
The form is not monitored for urgent support. Do not include medical details, immigration case details, emergency requests, student ID numbers, or highly sensitive personal information.
How submissions are handled
The form uses Formspree as a third-party form processing service. Formspree receives the submission, sends an email notification to the site's administrator, and deletes submitted form records within 30 days.
Access and retention
Feedback should be reviewed only by the site's administrator for site improvement. Identifying information should not be kept longer than needed, and submissions should be exported or deleted according to the project’s approved retention plan.
