How this site is built
Every page uses one main heading and a clear heading order, descriptive link text, visible keyboard focus states, and layouts that work from a narrow phone up to a wide desktop without horizontal scrolling.
Interactive parts are built from real controls rather than styled shapes. The question accordions are buttons that report whether they are open, the filters are pressable buttons that report their state, and the pedway route checker announces its result so a screen reader hears it change. Animation is limited, and it turns off entirely when your system is set to reduce motion.

Structure and navigation
Every page has been checked for a single main heading, a skip link to the content, keyboard access to every control, and no content that stays invisible if scripts fail to load.

Reading and layout
Text is set at a comfortable line length and does not require horizontal scrolling at any window size. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and status is always given in words as well as colour.

Where gaps may remain
This has not been through a formal third-party audit or assistive-technology user testing. Automated and manual checks catch a lot, but they do not catch everything, and your experience is the real test.
Report a barrier
If something is not working
Tell us what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and what you were using at the time, such as a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, or a phone. That detail is what makes a report fixable rather than just noted.
Accessibility problems are treated as defects, not suggestions. If something stops you using the site, it is a bug in the site.
